Payment

A deposit of 50% is due to start a project with final payment upon completion. If project exceeds 30 days from starting date, payment is due for time billable within that 30-day period and will be billed every 30 days until project is completed. Project must be paid for work done up to date of a cancellation. No refunds.
There will be additional charges for changes made by client after approval of design & illustration proofs, etc.  If there are any changes requested by the customer or deemed necessary by Denise D.Stansfield, a new estimate will apply.
Any Media submitted by client that is not compatible will incur additional costs to have media reformatted

Copyright Laws

Contractual  - Artist retains the original. The owner/creator owns the copyrights. The client is licensed with copyrights or unlimited use as defined in the contract. However the client may not duplicate, alter or modify the artwork without consent of the owner/creator.

Work for Hire  - Exclusive Rights, Client owns all rights to artwork including rights to make modifications and or alterations to the artwork and the rights to unlimited use.
